If you order wrong parts or if you don't like the color, Don't worry!
Within 14 days of receiving your package (within 14 days from the item arrival date), you may return any unopened merchandise if it's in original sellable condition. Simply contact us with a photo attached prior to returning any products.
If it is stated that a product can not be canceled, returned, or exchanged on the product page, those products can not be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
Please do not return any products without first contacting us. We may not be able to refund you for any unauthorized returned items.
If you would like to exchange products, simply return the item and place a new order on our site. Upon receiving and inspecting of the returned item, we will refund you for the amount of your purchase only.
* Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*For payments made by credit card, partial refunds will be made through PayPal or in Webike points.
* Returned items must be new and unused, and in the same condition as they were sent in their original packaging.
*If the returned merchandise is not in good condition or cannot be resold, the refund amount may be reduced to 30% of the sales price.

*About manufacturer's warranty
The manufacturer's warranty is basically only available in Japan.If the product is initially defective within 14 days of purchase, we will take care of it, but we will not be able to honor the manufacturer's warranty beyond that period. If the product is repaired for a fee, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

When you return, please use the carrier we specify.If you use different carriers from the one told from Webike, we may not accept to receive your return or may ask you to deposit import tax which we may need to pay to receive your returns.

The refunding amount varies due to the reason why you are returning the item. If it's our or the manufacturer's defect, we will make the full amount of what we received in Japanese Yen. If it’s purchaser’s misunderstanding, then we will make the refund of purchased priced of the items. However, you may receive the refund in different from what you have paid due to the change in the currency. This returning policy is based on your credit card company or other payment service. Please understand that we are refunding the full amount of the item returned in Japanese Yen and we are not responsible for money lost or gained due to the transaction.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded unless the product was returned because of our error or damage.
Who pays the postage on returned Items?
If you return something due to it being unsuitable or not fitting correctly, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.
*In cases when tax is required to be paid to receive your parcel and if you refuse to pay, the parcel will be sent back to Japan. This will costs us the returning shipping fee and also taxes possibly. If this occur, we may charge you or deduct the amount from total refunding amount.
*If a parcel shipped by SAL/Sea Freight is returned to our warehouse from the reason other than our cause, we will charge you the return shipping fee.
* If the payment was originally done by credit card or Alipay and you need to pay reshipping fee, the charge may be made through Paypal.
Your returned shipping costs are refunded if the item is being returned as a result of our error or damage.

If you have paid an import duty for goods received, and subsequently return the goods to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local Customs Authority. To do this, you will need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of return (e.g. certificate of posting) when claiming your refund.

We will not be able to accept any returns on products that have been personalized. This excludes faulty items which can be returned in line with our standard faulty item return policy. We may not be able to refund for unauthorized returned items.
