Recommendation to who Tandem Footpeg is playing withI installed it on my ZX-25R.
This was the only Kawasakifor Vehicle available, so I was very excited to see if I could fit it until it was delivered.
However, it was possible to install it without any special processing, just by converting the product bundle and OEM Product.
The product consists of two SliderBody (DURACON part installed) and two RubberWasherQuantity:2 Set+Clips for fixing x1pc.Quantity:2 Set.
There are some models where the dimensions fit perfectly, but for the ZX-25R, the Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) I needed one RubberWasher for each of the
Kawasaki car did not use Clip because Tandem Footpeg fixed standard is E Ring.
As long as you can remove the E Ring, I don't think you'll have any trouble removing the OEM Tandem Footpeg.
Slider is assumed not to move, so there is no particular chemical required for installation. It is possible even if there is nothing (although it is better to clean it).
I think the only difficulty in installing this product is that the direct line of the Bolt is wider than the Center hole of the RubberWasher.
You don't need any tools except for the pliers to remove the E Ring (if you have pliers, it's the best, but if you don't have pliers, you can use Precision Slotted Screwdriver's large size) and Radio pliers to reinstall it. If I had to guess, I'd say an M6 40mm or larger BoltScrew would be easier to adjust for widening the diameter of the RubberWasher and aligning the holes.
I don't have any experience of falling on the ZX-25R, but if it's just a standing fall, it should only be a minor scratch on the underside of the duracon.
Also, the DURACON part is rather expensive, but it is sold separately and can be replaced.
With the ZX-25R's SEMODEL, I think this product, in addition to the OEM Frame Slider and Bar End, will be able to cover most of the other parts of the bike without any damage (except the Mirror), if the bike falls down to a standing error + α.
If you have a Tandem Footpeg playing around, such as those who use Single Seat, and you don't feel the Tandem Footpeg is in the way that much, I think you should wear this rather than removing the whole Holder. The sense of security is different.
Even as a preparation for such an eventuality, I think you'll like the design.
The ZX-25R has a short exhaust system, so unless you're crashing at high speeds or on strange terrain, you won't have much contact with the ground except for the OEMSlider, Bar End and Mirror.View Detail
